With the arrival of the summer, we should replace the heavy meals with some vegetable. Cooked vegetables can replace a variety of salads and well-being of such a diet is priceless. 1. Tuna salad with tomatoes and celery

  • Tuna
  • Red onion
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • One stalk celery
  • Olives
  • Mustard
  • A few leaves of lettuce
  • Olive oil
  • Two tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper

How it is made:

In order to make this salad, the first thing that you need to do is to take out the tuna form the can and strain it. Then wash the vegetables and cut them into a pieces. Take the olives and cut them in two parts. In a separate bowl mix the apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and mustard and pour it on the salad. Once again mix the salad well and it is ready for consuming!

2. Egg salad

  • 1 egg
  • Cabbage
  • Green salad
  • Pumpkin or sunflower oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Lemon juice
  • Onion
  • Canned sweet corn
  • Salt and pepper

How it is made:

Boil the eggs hard, cut them into slices and leave them to cool. The next step is to chop the onions, cabbage, tomatoes and lettuce. Drain the corn from the water and mix all the ingredients. Pour the lemon juice, salt and oil and mix them again. This salad is perfect for a meal, but it goes well with grilled chicken.

While preparing the salads, be careful with the supplements. You should never put ready toppings because they are full with sodium and sugar. With them, your salads will have more calories than you might think.
