1. Kneel and place your hands in front of your feet. Then, extend your legs until you find yourself in the position for doing push-ups. Tighten your abs and hold this position for 10-15 seconds.
2. Make 3 push-ups, pull your legs toward your toes and get back in the first kneeling position. In addition, you can repeat this step 3 more times.
3. Lie on your stomach and extend your arms in front of you. Then simultaneously raise your arms and legs off the floor and hold that position for 10-15 seconds.
4. Lie on your back. Place your hands behind your head, lift your legs in the air and bend the knees at an angle of 90 degrees. Now, touch your right knee with your left elbow. In the same time, you should straighten the left leg. Do the same thing with the other elbow. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times.
