Ingredients needed:

  • 10 branches of mint
  • Small amount of sugar
  • 1 liter water
  • Half a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon acid

As we mentioned earlier, this drink is very easy to make. Just take a look and ensure yourself:

Put the water in a big bottle. Then, cut the lemon in pieces (do not peel it). Now, put the lemon, the lemon acid and the mint leaves in the water and stir them a little bit. You should now put the bottle in some cold and dark place and leave it there for 24 hours. The next day, strain the liquid from the bottle and add a sugar by your choice. Stir it well again and close the bottle. The next step is to put the bottle again on some cold and dark place for another 24 hours. You can go and stir the liquid from time to time.

If you have made a large amount from this mint syrup, you should store it in few smaller glass bottles. However, if you have made small amount, you should keep it in your refrigerator.  The only thing that left is to call your friends and family and have a nice refreshment drink at your place.
