Firstly, peel the potatoes and wash them well. Aside, fill a bowl with water. Then, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and put them into the bowl. We forgot to tell you to turn on the oven on 250 degrees. Now, take a pan and put aluminum paper in it. Before you put the potatoes, you should put olive oil on into the pan.

The next step is to drain well the potatoes and clean them up with some clean towel. Take some plastic container and put the potatoes in it together with olive oil. In order to spread the olive oil on all potatoes, you need to shake the container a little bit. Then, put the pepper and salt in it and shake it again.

Prepared like this, put the potatoes in the pan which you have prepared earlier and put it in the oven for about 13 minutes. After that, take them out, turn them on the other side and leave them in the oven for another 13 minutes.
