Put a handful of fresh or sweetened raspberries in a blender, add 3 tablespoons of coconut flour, a little extract of vanilla and 3 tablespoons of seeds. After that, fill the blender with 240 milliliters of almond or coconut milk. Then, put the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. Put a handful of fresh or frozen fruit in a small pot, add 3 tablespoons of seeds, 100 milliliters of water and 2-3 teaspoons of honey. Mix the ingredients and place them on low heat for cooking, then allow them to cool. Therefore, when the mixture is ready, put 2-3 spoons in a smaller glass and add a sour cream on it.
