Christmas Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • Orange
  • A teaspoon of ginger
  • ¼ boneless pork-loin roast

Preparation process:

Firstly turn on the oven on 200 degrees. Now, place the pork roast on a pan and put the ground cloves inside. Then, cut the apple on slices and put them on the roast. So, after you do this, take the cranberry sauce and mush it in some bowl. Add the cinnamon, ginger and the chicken broth in the sauce and stir it well. Once done, pour half of the mixture over the pork roast. Cover it with aluminium foil and bake it for 30 minutes. After this period, add the remaining sauce.
