Ingredients needed:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 200g grated zucchini
  • 120 ml of vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 60 ml honey
  • 12 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed
  • 12 teaspoons of grated dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Now, let’s take a closer look on the preparation procedure:

Firstly, mix all the ingredients in one midsize bowl except chocolate and zucchini. After that, add the zucchini and chocolate and mix them well again. Now, leave the mixture aside. Take a pan and put the muffin molds in it. Then, fill them with ¾ with the mixture and bake them on 190 degrees in preheated oven. The ideal time for baking is 20 minutes. But, in order to be sure that they are baked, check them before you take them out. For a decoration, you can always put some grated chocolate on top of them.
