Are you a fan of the amazing rice pudding? If so, this recipe that we will present you today will blow your mind in a positive way. Namely, it is about a brand new version of the well known rice pudding. This version is very easy for preparing and will be a great dessert in these hot days.

Caramel Rice Pudding Filled With Cream

The recipe is right below. The ingredients that need to be used are already in your kitchen.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 1 bag gelatin powder
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • Cream
  • 1 liter milk

Now, let’s take a closer look to the preparation process:

Take one pot and pour the milk in it. Then, heat the pot and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Mix the mixture well and add the rice. Stir the mixture from time to time until it becomes homogeneous. After a few moments, add the vanilla sugar and mix the mixture again.

Take another bowl and fill it with water. Dissolve the gelatin in the water and leave it to soften. After that, put it in the rice pudding.  Pour the remaining sugar in other pot and heat it until you get a caramel cream. Preheat the oven on a 50 degrees. Put the caramel in a cake mold and pour the rice pudding on the top of it. Put the mold in the oven and take it out after 30 minutes.

Then, turn over the mold on  a plate so the caramel will be on the top. In other bowl, mix the milk and the cream with mixer and fill the hole in the pudding.  If you wish, you can chop some nuts for a better decoration. Now, the only thing that remains is to enjoy in this delicious dessert!
