This recipe is very easy to be made. You just need to mix all the ingredients on glass. The best is to consume this  drink every morning on empty stomach. Consume it for 2-3 weeks, then make a pause for 1-2 weeks.

2. Lemon juice and baking soda

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation process:

Mix all the ingredients in the glass of water. Mix them long enough until they are completely dissolved. The best time for consuming is 15 minutes before breakfast.

3. Fruits and baking soda
